Androids and Cyborgs have always fascinated me. I'm not talking about the Android phone either. I'm talking about humanoid robots such as Lt. Cmdr. Data on Star Trek, probably my favorite android of all. We are a very long way off from creating a sentient android. However, there are some developments that have created some incredible android-like robots. Such as the Japanese Actroid for example, or the Philip K. Dick and Jules Androids by Hanson Robotics. I have found some videos as well on some of these in action. Really remarkable!

And let's not forget where it all started, in movies and TV, such as Star Trek, and my favorite, A.I. - Artificial Intelligence.
